Provision of a Management and Job Costing solution for Coastline Services Ltd.Coastline Services is looking to procure a high quality Management and Job Costing solution at our head office that will provide the following capabilities:— Planning, Scheduling and Delivering Works;— Procurement and Stock Management;— Job Costing;— Invoice Generation;— Invoice Payment;— Quotation Development;— Timesheet Management;— Business Intelligence and Management Information Reporting.There are the three elements of this one tender:— The supply of the software and licensing;— The consultancy, installation, training and configuration of the system;— The on-going support contract.It is intended that the support contract will run for an initial period of 2 years. The contract will have an option to extend the agreement annually subject to satisfactory performance and customer satisfaction.
