M&Y maintenance and construction is a wholly owned commercial subsidiary of Regenda Ltd. M&Y wished to establish a DPS for provision of materials for the delivery of the services provided by M&Y including repairs, maintenance, refurbishment and construction.The DPS was divided into 27 categories. Suppliers could apply for 1 or more categories. It was intended that the DPS run for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further period of 2 years. This DPS is now being closed and a new DPS (DPS 2) will be established.Materials were required predominantly for works in individual, communal and residential sites but may have also included commercial/industrial sites, sites of historical nature or new building sites.
