Higher Education (HE) Consultant Expression of Interest Exercise The British Council is seeking expressions of interest from HE experts with relevant thematic and geographical experience who might be interested in working with us on programmes and projects. Please note that this market engagement does not commit the British Council to select any expert and/or candidate. Themes include: addressing barriers in HE, system strengthening, teaching and diagnostics, curriculum & teaching materials and financing in HE institutions.
