This Request for Information engagement will be used to support the sourcing strategy for the following: Provision of an Examination Workflow Management System to support the end-to-end management of music and communication assessments. Requirements include session scheduling, exam booking, mark scheme creation, secure document generation, timetabling, examiner allocation, results and certificate management, quality-assurance processing, management of conflicts of interest, complaints, appeals, and reasonable adjustments, customer dashboards, payments processing, system APIs, data analysis and system reporting.
