This notice is published to advertise a market engagement exercise being conducted by the East London Waste Authority (ELWA). ELWA wishes to engage with suppliers regarding what capacity there will be within the UK waste market to process and treat the entire waste stream for which ELWA is responsible.ELWA's existing Integrated Waste Management Services contract shall expire in 2027.Further details are contained in this notice at section II.2.4 which sets out the issues on which ELWA is seeking feedback and views from the market.The date for submission of response is 13 February 2023 and, depending on the information provided, ELWA may seek to follow up with individual respondents or groups of respondents.Participation in this market engagement exercise is not a requirement for participation in the forthcoming procurement, which shall be formally commenced through publication of a contract notice
