MARKET TESTING - Budget Planning Solution of behalf of Schools Finance Traded Service

Descriptions

We are seeking information from Suppliers on a budget planning software solution to support budget setting, monitoring and forecasting, scenario planning, and payroll reconciliation for effective financial decision-making by schools and academies.

 

Warwickshire County Council is interested in understanding tools for:

-Budget-setting, including budgeting for salary costs

-Scenario planning including financial modelling for different school staffing structures

-Automated payroll reconciliation

-Real-time financial monitoring

-Multi-year forecasting

-Financial reporting including functionality to incorporate financial data into Microsoft Word reports

-Integration with school finance systems including ESS (SIMS), Bromcom and Arbor

-Integration with Unit4 ERP system

-Financial dashboards and benchmarking including Key Performance Indicators

Engagement

Scope of engagement: PME questionnaire. Instructions of submitting an interest: Interested suppliers are invited to complete the Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) Questionnaire that has been published via Warwickshire County Council's e-procurement portal. Reference: WAR-0033 The Council would be grateful if you could complete the questions in the PME document and respond by 23/12/2025 at 12:00 midday. You should submit your completed responses by uploading via our e-procurement portal. The PME documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge. Providers must register with the system to be able to participate and download the PME documents.
