Maryhill's void repairs contract is up for renewal in 2024 This will be a multiple year agreement with an initial period of 3 years followed by options to extend annually up to a maximum of 5 years in total. Maryhill HA have around 250 void properties per year and spend around GBP 500000 excl VAT per annum on various works to these properties.
