The core works that are to be the subject of the Contract are as follows:— All trades response maintenance— Disabled Adaptations— Boiler Servicing— Voids servicesIn addition, there will be certain optional works which shall be at the discretion of each Contracting Authority to require from time to time under the Contract; these relate to the following:— Cyclical Redecoration and Repairs— Planned Maintenance and Property Reinvestment— Communal mechanical and electricalThe Contracting Authorities are not in a position to guarantee the precise quantity, value or nature of the Works that may be awarded under the Contract.full details contained in the MOI.
