The tendering exercise is a mini competition from SPA Whole House Refurbishment and Associated Works WH2. The Contract Administrator is West Dunbartonshire Council The works to be undertaken will include, delivery of Kitchens & Bathrooms refits, Special needs adaptations works, Internal insulation works, Void property works (to prepare for new tenants), plastering and decoration works, any associated repairs.
