Preston College are currently out to tender for the provision of Media Buying.Preston College is seeking to appoint a company or companies to advice,plan book and review media campaigns promoting Preston"s College Services. The College currently uses a variety of external suppliers to help in placing advertising and buying at best price. Advertising is mainly across print (some local newspapers and some specialist press), web dvertising, local radio and outdoor primarily bus sides. The tender is split in to 4 lots and tenders may be submitted for one or more lots. The length of the contract is for 48 months the initial contract will be for 24 months with 2 options to extend for a further 12 months.The selection process will consist of, a Pre Qualification Stage (PQQ) followed by the issuising of an Invitation to tender (ITT) to those suppliers shortlisted.Deadline for submission of PQQ tender documents will be the 10.8.2015.Please allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.Any questions relating to this tender should be made via correspondence on the website and can be addressed to the main contact as shown in the details above.Via the in-tend portal:- https://in-tendhost.co.uk/fe/aspx/Home
