Slough Borough Council is seeking views from the market on the provision of Mental Health Supported Accommodation and if interested bidders can meet the council's requirements within the stated timeframe. Slough Borough Council commissions mental health supported accommodation services to provide stable, recovery-focused housing and support for adults with complex and enduring mental health needs. These services are essential in enabling individuals to live as independently as possible, whether in supported settings or their own homes, while promoting wellbeing, preventing homelessness, reducing hospital admissions, and supporting positive community inclusion. Our current accommodation contracts, delivered under block arrangements, currently support 26 individuals across three key service types varying in support intensity. Interested providers are to complete the Market Engagement Survey by 30 July 2025.
