The Works involve the alterations and refurbishment of 2 no. Science Laboratories and associated works at Mercy College, Sligo. The actual works comprise 1.Removal of all existing fixed and loose furniture and existing floor coverings, doors and frames. 2. Installation of new floor coverings, new ceilings, new doors and new drainage connections. 3. Installation of new mechanical and electrical installations. 4. New Internal redecoration.5.Installation of new fixed furniture as per schedules.The mechanical and electrical services installations in the 2 no. refurbished Science Laboratories and Preparation Areas consist of above ground drainage, water services and LPG gas installations, LPHW Space Heating and Fume Extract Ventilation installations, including Sub-distribution centres, additional LV Electrical Containment systems, power distribution services, normal and emergency lighting installations, and data network wiring, including all associated builders attendances.
