Descriptions
The purpose of this Tender competition is to procure an Electrical Contractor to enter into a term maintenance contract for Electrical systems inspection and maintenance works. The works will include•Planned maintenance, inspection and testing•Call out repairs and maintenance•Scheduled Minor Works•Co-ordination with 3rd party contractors on works projectsThe Electrical Services Term Maintenance Contract will include maintenance and testing of, and modifications (as required) to, the following systems: •Main electrical and sub distribution systems.•General Services•Lighting Installations•Site Lighting•Emergency Lighting•Fire Detection and Alarm•Voice Evacuation Systems•Containment systems•Data Cabling•Lightning Protection•Surge Protection Portable Appliance Testing of electrical appliances will be required, as will Thermographic reports on Electrical Distribution panels.The maximum value of the contract will be €1,000,000 ex VAT, and the maximum duration will be 4 years
