COPFS use a variety of Microsoft products across the enterprise in the execution of our business. These include Exchange Online, Office 365, Microsoft security tools, Azure services (used for applications such as Witness Gateway and DAS), Windows 10/11 Windows Server and SQL Server. Due to the nature of the services based on the Microsoft stack and their business impact to COPFS ISD also aim to ensure the availability of a suitable escalation path for support services as we do for our other mission critical services. The contract is awarded to Insight Direct (UK) Limited for a 3 year term. Insight Direct (UK) Limited are the top ranked supplier on the Health Trust Europe Framework, ICT Solutions 3.
