Midland Heart is inviting new members to join the previously advertised Dynamic Purchasing System for Maintenance Services in support of its maintenance programmes over the remaining 3 years. Spend with suppliers over that period is expected to be in the order of 5 000 000 GBP across the total scope. Spend for General Repairs and Refurb is anticipated to be in the region of 110 000 GBP p.a.The DPS sets the terms and conditions under which services contracts will be awarded over the next 4 years.Midland Heart is inviting organisations with appropriate experience to apply to become a member under its DPS.This simplified Notice is in respect of the General Repairs and Refurbishment work (inc walls and flooring) of the DPS Services required.Subject to an organisation retaining appropriate qualifications and accreditations, and other delivery criteria, contracts will be awarded on the basis of price.
