The NESPT wishes to commission an experienced heritage consultant to undertake the work described below. -Define and cost a first phase of the development process -Identify possible sources of funding for the first phase -Complete and submit funding applications for the first phase -Prepare and implement a programme of events at the Mill -Prepare and implement a programme of volunteer work parties at the Mill -If grant funding is secured, manage the implementation of the first phase works -Define and cost further phases of development work -Identify possible sources of funding for further phases -Complete and submit funding applications for further phases -Ensure that the local community is kept informed of progress through social media and public meetings -Assist Mill of Benholm Enterprise in progressing their ideas for the site
