Descriptions
Arts University Bournemouth (AUB) seeks to appoint three contractors to a framework agreement to provide minor works for its properties on a call-off basis. The framework will be used to procure a variety of building, mechanical, electrical, maintenance, and related trades.
This service can be used by AUB or AUB's appointed facility maintenance contractor for purchased single and low risk minor construction and related works.
Minor Works in these circumstances means that the work will be completed within 12 months and has a total value of not more than £250,000 (VAT Inclusive).
This contract is reserved for SMEs within the Bournemouth, Poole, and Christchurch area.
An SME is any organization that has fewer than 250 employees and a turnover of less than £50 million or a balance sheet total less than £43 million.
1.1 Locations
The framework agreement shall predominantly deliver Minor Works services to the main AUB Wallisdown campus and other buildings located within the BCP area.
