The English Institute of Sport (EIS) wishes to procure a new mobile voice, data and SMS services contract for a minimum of 24 months starting from December 2019 for approximately 400 connections.The EIS employs approximately 400 staff who are based at several high performance centres in the UK. Most of the workforce regularly work away from their centres and have work patterns that are mobile and remote. A large number of staff work abroad; their overseas travel may cover periods up to several months. Staff have been issued with iPhone 6S and 7, and it is intended that these devices will remain in use for the new contract.As a publicly funded organisation EIS is seeking to maximise value for money, and wishes to minimise one-off set up costs as well as ongoing revenue costs.
