The English Institute of Sport (EIS) employs 325 staff who are based at specific performance centres in the UK but have mobile and remote work patterns.The English Institute of Sport (EIS) wishes to procure a new mobile voice services contract for 24 months starting from June 2017. This will be for 325 connections and 270 new smartphones in the UK. Good coverage is required at all places of work, both in the UK and overseas.As a publicly funded organisation EIS is seeking to maximise value for money, and wishes to minimise one-off set up costs as well as ongoing revenue costs.
