Loreburn HA require a development delivery partner that can provide Design and / or Build services for new build projects in Dumfries & Galloway. The successful bidder must be able to deliver projects from, but not restricted to, acquisition of sites, design, cost planning and full delivery utilising Modern Methods of Construction. The successful bidder must also be able to finance the non subsidised element of the development costs with a investment model that is agreed by both parties.
