Descriptions
The site is located within a heavily built up residential area of Caldicot, with some commercial properties located nearby. The site is situated within the housing estate accessed via Denny View from the B4245 (Calidcot ByPass) and will comprise of several small areas of work undertaken concurrently and consecutively within this area. Details of the locations of the works areas are noted within the attached drawings.The works include the clearance of existing vegetation, the removal of limited hard landscaping and associated play park equipment and the reinstatement of the areas with new soft and hard landscaping. It is anticipated that there will be some drainage works required to the sites, and that there are existing services located within the boundaries of the working areas.There is currently limited information available in respect of the existing services to the site and it is expected that the Principal Contractor must make themselves aware of the current disposition of the site prior to submission of the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan and commencement of any work on site.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=119150.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
