The works comprise the design and construction of shell, core and office areas of unit known as Trident, along with associated landlords works. Work to include erection of full height sound proof partitions in order to create production areas, erection of full height partitions in order to create required supporting areas. Mechanical, electrical and sprinkler design works and all other works associated with internal fit out of the unit.
