The Contracting Authority (Dublin City Council) is seeking to establish a Multiparty Framework of Contractors for Supply & Installation of Columbarium Walls with the Initial Contract at Donnybrook Graveyard (Pilot Project). The Framework Agreement will be established with a minimum of three economic operators. *** All candidates must complete a declaration concerning Article 5k of Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia’s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, as amended by Council Regulation (EU) No 2022/578 as part of their submission see documents folder for declaration***
