MSV Housing are seeking to appoint a list of subcontractors to provide general build and disrepair works to both our Asset Management and Property Care Department on both tenanted and voids properties.
The tender exercise will be conducted via the Contractor DPS - Lot 22 – Assets & Cyclical – Disrepair and Lot 24 - Assets & Cyclical Damp & Mould Specialist. The contract duration will be for a period of 12 months with an option for a further 3 x 12 months based on satisfactory performance.
