Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council 2023 to 2027 Parks/Community Capital Programme (Construction Works) for Sports Pavilions, Parks Depots, Libraries, Community Centres and similar projects (non housing works) with a value between €500,000 and €5,000,000. The construction of new sports pavilions, parks depots, leisure buildings, libraries, community centres and similar buildings. The works may involve the extension and / or refurbishment of existing facilities. The construction of housing will not be undertaken as part of this framework. The proposed Works to be undertaken under this Framework will range in value from €500,000 to €5,000,000. The total value of Works undertaken under this Framework will be a maximum of €15,000,000. The establishment of this framework agreement is subject to the provisions of Directive 2014/24/EU. Please refer to the Information Notes for more details. Initial contract is anticipated to be Mounttown Boxing Pavilion (anticipated value approximately €1.3m) and scheduled to commence in August 2023.
