Descriptions
DCMS is seeking a Supplier to: a) assess and produce a publishable report on the potential for PSMs to partner with other organisations to bid for work they could not successfully bid for alone b) promote, design and, on a call-down basis, provide professional advice and assistance to PSMs to build their capacity and capability to consider and, where appropriate, develop partnerships to bid for contracts they would be unable to bid for alone (for example, due to lack of size, balance sheet strength, or scope of service expertise) c) capture and share lessons on the merits, challenges, process and support needs for developing such partnerships with DCMS and the broader PSM sector, and d) evaluate the effectiveness of this programme of support.
