Northampton Borough Council (NBC) wish to appoint a consultant team to support the development of a place brand and campaign for Northampton and supporting visual identity and collateral, including digital, print and other marketing materials. Using the data and information gathered during stage one (the Discovery Phase), the Council wants to build on the aspirations identified to develop a place marketing strategy which utilises primary stakeholders and aligns them with key messages that they have a hand in devising. It will also involve the creation of a toolkit for use by those stakeholders and an outline of potential routes to market for the campaign. Potential Provider's will need to register an account via the Authority's 'LGSS Procurement Portal' at www.lgssprocurementportal.co.uk before being able to view the full quotation details.
