Flintshire County Council’s Neighbourhood Housing Department are considering the option of tendering for the provision of electronic customer satisfaction surveys. As such this PIN is being sent out to identify market options and to determine the capability of the market in being able to fulfil requirements.The Authority intends to survey all our customers who access our front line housing management and maintenance services, i.e. not just a broad brush approach - only those customers who have actually experienced the service.The Authority is looking to engage with a suppliers who:-1) Specialises solely in the social housing sector in England and Wales2) Holds 3 ISO accreditations:3) To ensure highest standards design, fieldwork and reporting, ISO 9001 Quality Management4) To demonstrate data protection compliance, ISO 27001 Information Systems Security5) To reflect expertise in the industry of research, ISO 20252 Market Research6) Offers immediate, real-time access to results through a dedicated web portal, available 24/7 with a range of access levels.7) Offers multi-channel surveys through telephone, SMS, online, postal and focus groups.If your organisation fulfils the above requirements, please send your expression of interest to Cathy.Abraham@flintshire.gov.uk by 31/8/17Please also provide details of similar projects you have completed including client contact details.Please note there is no guarantee that a competitive exercise will follow this process.
