The Association of North East Councils Trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) Framework Contract Award for the Provision of Library Books and eBooks. The Framework will include lots for 1) Adult Fiction and Non Fiction, 2) Children's Fiction and Non Fiction, 3) DVDs/Blu Rays and Lot 4) eBooks. The Framework will be a ranked Framework consisting of no more than two suppliers for Lots 1, 2 and 3 and a maximum of three suppliers awarded to Lot 4.
