Neptune Wharf and Monier Road Building Contract.

Descriptions

A Contract for the construction of a comprehensive mixed use redevelopment comprising 580 residential units (434 as private and 146 as affordable) together with circa 50 000 sqft of commercial space and associated infrastructure, communal, public realm and landscape works on the Neptune Wharf and Monier Road sites, Fish Island. The contractor will also be required to provide various project management services under the Contract.Peabody Enterprises Limited (PEL) is the freehold owner of the sites on which the works are to be carried out. The private units constructed as part of the development will be sold on the open market. The affordable units will be transferred to Peabody Trust (PEL's parent company).Peabody (Services) Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of PEL) will enter into the Contract with the contractor named in section V.2.3) of this Notice on PEL's behalf.
