Expansion of Chilly Cow's on site core production facility through provision and installation of new production facilityThis project is split into two individual areas for tender, the first being our production facility followed by the specialist production equipment : Upon interest being submitted we will send the schedule in order to quote effectively.The project is made up of the following itemsLOT 11. Groundwork- Excavation of site and preparation for foundation build as per commissioned drawings2. Foundation and base slab in line with requirements- To complete foundations and build of base slab as per plan requirements set out in preparation for steel portal frame3. Main building construction- Steel Portal frame with roofing to specification laid out in plan4. Provide and construct external and internal walls to plans specified5. Resin flooring throughout new building in line with hygiene requirement for a food production facility6.Provision and installation of external doors and windows as per plans specified7. Provision and installation of hygiene board in high priority areas of production8. provision and installation of large walk in freezer9. Electrical installation throughout according to requirements10. water installation throughout according to requirements11. Supply and installation of external Guttering and drainage12. Supply and Installation of solar panel requirements for roofLOT 21.
