PLEASE NOTE DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF TENDERS HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO MONDAY 1ST APRIL AT 12.30PM Billericay Town Council wishes to invite organisations with the appropriate skills, experience, procedures and financial standing to submit a tender for the following works. The construction of a brand new two storey Community Centre and Council offices building which has been designed by our architect and project manager Ingleton Wood LLP. The building will be located at Chantry Way, Billericay CM1 1 2AP which is in a conservation and residential area. The demolition of the building it is replacing has been awarded under a separate contract. It is expected that the build will be completed by the end of 2019 ready for occupation by the Town Council and use by the public in 2020. The building consists of ground floor: a large main hall (seating approx. 162), council offices, community hub area and toilet facilities. First floor: three meeting rooms, council chamber and toilet facilities. There will be allocated parking spaces outside the building as well as a cycle rack and landscaping. Submitted tenders will be evaluated with the highest scoring applicants then being invited for interview with the Town Council and Ingleton Wood.
