Cumbria County Council will be commencing an OJEU tender process on 1.11.2013 for the design and construction of a new office in Carlisle. The building size is between 5,000 – 6,000 m². The project will include all associated external works and site infrastructure to support the development.The PQQ will be made available soon after the 1st November via The Chest. The approx. value of the works is £10M and the works are to be completed by December 2015.
