Construction of 6 new BREEAM Excellent workspace units (circa 1,475m2 total area) and the extension and refurbishment of an existing building to provide 5 BREEAM Very Good office units (circa 430m2 total area), 2 / 4 with ancillary facilities, carparking, and external and landscaping as designed. The contract will also include asbestos surveys, removals, and clearance testing, and contamination remediation where applicable., Site 1 = design and construction of five BREEAM Excellent industrial units with a combined gross internal floor area of 1,109m2 on CC owned land to the north-west of the existing HMRBP site., Site 2 = refurbishment and extension of a structurally sound empty building currently owned by Western Power Distribution (WPD) to the west of the HMRBP site to create a combined gross internal floor area of 430m2 (BREEAM Very Good) together with one BREEAM Excellent workspace unit with a gross internal floor area of 366m2.
