Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue are releasing a tendering requirement for wellbeing services for an initial 3-year period to support approximately 500 employees.The tender shall be split into the following lots:Lot 1: Basic Occupational Health;Lot 2: EAP Employee Assistance Programme (EAP);Lot 3: Mental Health Specialist services and wellbeing team training and support;Lot 4: Fitness Testing Programme;Lot 5: Sport Therapy and Rehabilitation Services;Lot 6: Resilience Training Officers and Watches.We are seeking to gauge expressions of interest prior to the release of tendering documentation on or around 14 December 2020.
