In addition a 24/7 emergency on call service is to be provided as part of this service and is applicable to NHSDG Estates properties throughout Dumfries & Galloway. For clarity, out of hours refers to any work or call before 7am and after 5pm Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday and any public holiday as designated by NHS Scotland.
