This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice confirming the Contracting Authorities intention to award the following Lots: Lot 1 - L&D and MHTR - CambridgeshireLot 2 - L&D and MHTR - Bedfordshire Luton and Milton KeynesLot 3 - L&D and MHTR - HertfordshireThis is also Provider Selection Regime (PSR) notice and declaration that the provider selection process for Lot 4 Liaison & Diversion Service - Essex and Lot 5: Regional RECONNECT service has been abandoned and contract(s) have not been awarded for Lot 4 and Lot 5. The abandonment of Lot 4 and 5 award has been under Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply.
