North Star Housing Group Ltd ("North Star") seek to appoint a Contractor to undertake the internal planned maintenance works programme This includes replacement kitchens, bathrooms, level access showers, over bath showers, rewiring or partial rewiring, provision of fire detection and heating upgrades. Work will be undertaken on a "Supply & Install" basis. NE Procurement Ltd ("NEP") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
