The Northern Ireland Tourist Board (NITB) wishes to appoint a service provider to undertake the supply, storage and installation of corporate and consumer display and promotional material and technical support for corporate and consumer events.In the course of its activities NITB requires a range of display and promotional materials aimed at a variety of audiences including trade, press and consumer. NITB wishes to appoint a service provider to manage the supply of some and installation and storage of all relevant materials.The successful provider will be required to:— Supply and print some corporate and consumer display materials (indoor and outdoor) for NITB. This includes, but is not limited to, production of conference sets and bespoke exhibition stands as required,— Clean and maintain, including repair and re-cycle as necessary, all indoor and outdoor display and promotional materials and conference sets,— Securely store all display and promotional materials and conference sets (including any new materials produced throughout the duration of the contract),— Deliver display materials and conference sets to venues throughout Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, safely erect and dismantle materials at indoor and outdoor events, and return to storage area post event,— Provide a regularly updated photographic library of all NITB display materials and conference sets. This should include a system of reporting lost or damaged pieces,— Record usage of materials at events including signing off sheets signed by the event organiser.
