The Chief Constable of Nottinghamshire Police and the Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire and Nottinghamshire and City of Nottingham Fire Authority are looking to appoint a contractor to construct a largely new build Joint headquarters construction project at Sherwood Lodge, Arnold. The contractor will be appointed for RIBA stage 5-7 under traditional procurement basis.
