Northampton partnership homes (NPH) invited tenders for a new build contractor framework to deliver new build housing and commercial property. The Framework is for a period of 4 years and is divided in to 3 lots. The aim of the Framework is to deliver a minimum of 100 new build residential units a year, plus a small number of commercial properties to meet the need of individual schemes.The Framework is divided in to the following lots:— Lot 1: schemes of 1 to 3 units,— Lot 2: schemes of 4 to 10 units,— Lot 3: schemes of 11 units or more.
