(NU/1636) Framework Agreement for the Provision of Minor Electrical Works

Contractors appointed to this framework agreement will carry out minor electrical installation work as and when required by the University. The contractor will supply services, parts and consumables in line with their submitted schedule of rates (SoR) or quotation where the work is outside of the SoR. No guarantees can be given or implied with regard to the volume of work available for the duration of the contract. The requirements for the work that may be undertaken are detailed in Section 3 - General Specification and Section 4.1 SoR pricing sheet. The contract is for a period of 12 months from the date of appointment to the Framework Agreement with a further three 12 month extension options, to be taken up by mutual agreement.
