The project shall consist (in summary of):Demolition of some existing boundary walls as marked on the site plan.Removal of large trees and plants as marked on the site plan Establishment of required levels on the site to allow construction of the new building, New boundary walls. fences, site works and services connections Construction of a three storey building, external stores and boundary walls with all associated site works and servicesLandscaping, making good the site and new footpaths, retaining walls and carpark areas.Completion of all boundary walls, garden, and hard paving areas, including tarmac, lining of carpark, signage and planting.
