Descriptions
The planting and maintenance of Oakham Town Council's Summer Floral Displays for the three year period 2016 - 2018. The Council plants approximately 200 containers of various sorts at various locations throughout the town. These supplement the planters and other displays that are maintained by Oakham in Bloom. The maintenance period is for 14 weeks from early June to September for 2016, 2017 and 2018. Maintenance will include watering all containers, dead heading, weeding and the replacement of damaged displays if required.
