Descriptions
Offaly County Council wishes to appoint a multi participant framework to carry out pre-let repairs and refurbishment works on council owned stock for a 1-year term. Approximately 35 houses will undergo pre-let works within the term of the contract with some houses undergoing standard pre-let works and some combining pre-let and retrofit works.
