Rhaid i’r tendrwr llwyddiannus fod â ffocws gwirioneddol ar les cydweithwyr, gyda dealltwriaeth gadarn o’r angen i wella presenoldeb, dychwelyd i’r gwaith, darparu cyngor ar ffitrwydd i weithio, addasiadau rhesymol a chydymffurfio â Deddf Cydraddoldeb 2010.Dylid nodi bod y Llyfrgell yn sefydliad dwyieithog a bod y gallu i gyfathrebu ar lafar a darllen Cymraeg yn hanfodol ar gyfer y gwasanaeth hwn.NATIONAL LIBRARY OF WALES - REQUEST FOR OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES - MARCH 2023The National Library of Wales is seeking to procure the services of an Occupational Health Service for its workforce of 250 staff. The contract will support the Library in a full range of Occupational Health Services and the successful tenderer will have a demonstrable experience of managing complex cases (amongst other matters) of sickness absence, absence pending disciplinary, alleged work-related problems, stress, mental health concerns and addictions.
