It is the Association’s intention to enter into a Contract with a main contractor from May 202 to 31st March 2024 with the option for 2 x single 12 month extensions to deliver their open space cyclical maintenance and reactive repair work to hard and soft landscaped areas belonging to the Associations including open space areas, private and communal front and rear gardens to tenanted blocks of flats, houses and any other properties owned or managed the Associations in the Drumchapel area of Glasgow.
