VIVID is a Hampshire based Registered Provider of homes and services to local communities throughout Hampshire and parts of Surrey. We work in a variety of local authority areas. We were created from a merger between First Wessex and Sentinel Housing Association in April 2017. We have around 70 000 customers, 30 000 homes and 1 000 staff and are the largest provider of housing association homes in Hampshire with a strong commitment to addressing housing needs. Our ambition is to maximise opportunities to make more housing available and affordable for everyone.We have potential future requirements which incorporate the provision of emergency out of hours telephone answering and repair ordering services for VIVID customers. This could include feasible alternatives/supplements such as webchat. In addition, we wish to review our requirements for alarm/pull cord monitoring and associated data maintenance within our supported schemes.
