Descriptions
The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) is seeking to dispose of part of its existing site at Paddington Green Police Station with the intention that the disposal land (Parcel 1) will be developed for residential use. MOPAC proposes as part of the disposal transaction to enter into a development agreement under which, amongst other matters, the developer will be required to build a new 11-storey office block for MOPAC on the land retained by MOPAC (Parcel 2).
