Leicester City Council (the 'Authority') in collaboration with Leicestershire county council wishes to invite quotations to procure a suitably qualified consultant to create a databank of evidence supporting drivers of investment for our key sector growth opportunities. The proposed Contract will run until 30th August 2019 and is to be awarded to a single Supplier. It is expected that the evidence will be collated from previous research, known databases, key sales messages, external sources and regional sector stakeholders. EDRF Funding These activities are funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and therefore all documents relating to this activity will have to adhere to our funder's guidelines, including presentations on standard ERDF templates and using ERDF logos on any material such as hand-outs.
